Day 15 · September 15
There is a good deed God has already placed in your path. As we have opportunity, let us do good to all people. Do the good before you today.
Scripture Whisper: Whenever an opportunity appears, choose to do good for the people God places before you.
Sometimes we wait for a large assignment while stepping around the good that is already within reach. We imagine that impact must be dramatic, public, or perfectly planned. Meanwhile, a note remains unwritten, a need goes unmet, or a simple responsibility is left for someone else.
Goodness pays attention to the opportunity in front of it. It understands that ordinary obedience can carry extraordinary love. The good you do today may not change the whole world, but it can change someone’s experience of the world for a moment—and that moment matters.
Perhaps God has already brought something to mind: a task you keep postponing, a person you could help, or a wrong you need to make right. Do not wait for a more impressive opportunity. Faithfulness with today’s good prepares your heart for tomorrow’s assignment. The Fruit grows as you act.
Read today's Scripture focus and carry its truth into the ordinary moments of your day.
📖 Galatians 6:10
“Whenever an opportunity appears, choose to do good for the people God places before you.”
Wear BROWN today as a reminder: Do the good before you.
🗑️ Write down one good action you have delayed because it felt inconvenient, insignificant, or unnoticed. Crumple the excuse for waiting.
✨ Complete that act of goodness today. Keep it simple, sincere, and free from the need for recognition.
🕐 God, show me the good that is already within reach. Make me willing to act with integrity, generosity, and love while the opportunity is here. Amen.
What good is directly in front of you that you can choose today?
